I am a designer, creative strategist, and storyteller passionate about people and the complex problems they face. My process is based on user-centered design, empathy, systems thinking, and iteration.
Prior to design, I studied writing and rhetoric at Pepperdine University and spent 4 years in Los Angeles building strategic marketing plans with tech start-ups, manufacturing companies, and local small businesses.
In May 2019, I graduated from the Products of Design program at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. While at PoD, I studied a multidisciplinary cirriculum that intersects: physical & digital products, service design, experience design, entrepreneurship, social impact, sustainability, and systems thinking. My master’s thesis investigates new possibilities for human experiences in the coming age of shared, autonomous vehicles.
When I’m not designing, I can usually be found training for my next open-water swim.
